Katchawanooka Resort is located on Katchawanooka Lake (lake of sparkling water), 90 minutes away from Toronto, 15 minutes east of Peterborough, 5 minutes from the village of Lakefield in the Kawartha Region.

Katchawanooka Lake is a part of the Trent Severn Water Way system that connects us to other waterways.

Katchawanooka lake has excellent fishing ; pickerel (walleye), bass, perch, carp and muskie.

We are located on 2 Acres of green lush grass with beautiful mature trees and over 450 feet of shoreline with sandy beach , ideal for swimming. Across the lake there is about 5 Acres of wild forest with scenery and natural shallow sand banks; which was dedicated to the Lakefield College in 2008.

All the cottages are lake front and well space apart to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake, enabling you to fish and swim from right in front of your cottage.

We are a family resort; pet free accommodation and smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.
