Policies and Deposits

Payment:

Deposit can be paid by check or Visa. The balance of your payment is due upon arrival, payable in cash. MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS. Charge will be applied for childeren over 1 year of age.

Daily visitors

Guests may invite day visitors, a maximum of 3 extra visitors may be allowed during the day with a cover charge of $25 per person. Please note prior arrangement must be made for daily visitor. All daily visitors must leave before 8 P.M.

Cancellation policy

No adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.

For advanced cancellations, made a minimum of 60 days prior to reservation date, the deposit minus $65.00 administration fee will be refunded pending our ability to re-book. Balance on deposit will be refunded at that time.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to reservation date, or where we are unable to re-book an advanced cancellation, the deposit is non- refundable.
